Refund & Cancellation Policy

Duke’s Septic & Sanitation LLC

Effective Date: 1/1/2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Duke’s Septic & Sanitation LLC, including but not limited to septic pumping, portable toilet rentals, grease trap pumping, and sanitation services.

Booking Deposit

  • A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking for all services.

  • The deposit secures your scheduled service appointment and is applied toward the total service cost unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations More Than 24 Hours Before Scheduled Service

  • The $100 deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is received more than 24 hours before the scheduled service time.

Cancellations Between 24 Hours and 1 Hour Before Service

  • The $100 booking deposit becomes non-refundable.

  • No additional charges will apply beyond the forfeited deposit.

Cancellations Within 1 Hour of Scheduled Service

OR

If Our Team Arrives On Site

  • The $100 deposit is non-refundable, and

  • The customer will be charged 50% of the total service cost.

This charge covers scheduling, travel time, labor allocation, and lost service availability.

No-Shows, Access Issues & Site Conditions

The following situations are treated as late cancellations and are subject to the same charges as cancellations within 1 hour or on-site arrival:

  • Customer is not present when required

  • Locked gates or inaccessible service areas

  • Septic tanks, grease traps, or service locations are not accessible

  • Unsafe, unsuitable, or unexpected site conditions

  • Service cannot be completed due to customer-related issues

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to be processed, depending on your financial institution.

Completed Services

Once a service has been completed, no refunds will be issued. If you have concerns regarding completed work, please contact us promptly so we can address the issue.

Management Discretion

Duke’s Septic & Sanitation LLC reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis at management’s discretion.
